Before Your Visit
Before your first visit, to help understand your unique needs and health history, we ask that all patients take time to complete our secure and easy to use online New Patient Forms that will be sent to you via email. The more information we have, the more we can help!
Our goal at Whole Health Chiropractic is to remove any stress to help you feel as comfortable as possible. Because we know starting something new can often be overwhelming, all new patients have the opportunity if they would like to schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory call with Dr. Laura to ask about chiropractic care, our practice or any additional questions you may have. If you are interested in this option, contact us to arrange a time!
Your First Visit
On your first visit, Dr. Laura will meet with you to carefully discuss the information provided in your or your child’s new patient forms, how chiropractic care works, your goals for chiropractic care, and what you can expect from the team at Whole Health Chiropractic. The initial assessment will take approximately 1 hour and will also include a very thorough chiropractic and neurological exam, a heart rate variability test, and x-rays (for most new practice members)to help assess a baseline for your health and to determine the true cause of any issues you may be having.
Please bring your insurance card if you would like for us to submit to your insurance company.
Your Second Visit
On the second visit, we will sit down to discuss findings from the exams and work together to develop a treatment plan to help you reach your goals, including a time to retest and gauge your progress. Many times things come up during an exam that you may not know are related to how you are feeling or functioning. We will also discuss affordable payment plans and options for your care. We accept most types of insurance and have flexible payment options for those not using insurance and also offer family rates as well as special pricing for Military families and Teachers! To ensure we have enough time to focus on your health care plan, please plan 30-45 minutes for this appointment.
Ongoing Care
Regular appointments typically take 15 minutes, and our convenient location and ability to schedule through text or email makes it easy to fit adjustments into your and your family’s busy schedule! Many people ask how frequently they should receive care. Because each individual is unique on every level, it’s difficult to know how many times you will need to be adjusted in order to reach each of your health goals. For practical purposes we can estimate your initial schedule, but that is subject to change according to your rate of progress and goals. After that, we recommend you come as often as you want to heal, feel great, defy age, and live pain-free! One thing is for sure: YOUR goals and expectations will determine your care plan – frequency and duration.
Welcome to your path towards hope, help and healing!
